Under general guidance, manage the full range of project management activities for Infrastructure technology projects which will include responsibility for project initiation, planning, execution, control and closure.

Position will be fully responsible and accountable for leading project teams involving Infrastructure Services staff.

Will also involve establishing and refining strategies, approaches, and guidelines for Infrastructure Services

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the coordination and implementation of Infrastructure Services initiatives, Facilities projects, and HR projects.
2. Works with Project Management Group, CRM's, Infrastructure Services, Software Development Services, and Ecommerce groups to determine project scope and resources
3. Directs and/or participates in project reviews relating to all aspects of Infrastructure systems.
4. Specialized elements of project management that will be required are: planning, scheduling, risk management, project control, performance measurement, scope management, budgeting, etc.
5. Daily activities will include project planning, management of project execution, project issue resolution, risk management, status reporting, meeting facilitation and communication with project team members and stakeholders.
6. Conducts post-implementation reviews with user departments with CRM's. Regularly meets with the user community for the purpose of reviewing and planning systems and objectives with CRM?s.
7. Track and document Infrastructure Services accomplishments against IT goals and objectives.


Job Responsibilities:
1. 7+ years of Infrastructure - complete understanding of Infrastructure components (switches, routers, firewalls, servers, desktops)

2. 4 - 6 years of Project Management experience

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

4. Strong project management skills

5. Strong people management skills

6. Ability to deal with employees at all levels

7. Strong customer service skills

8. Demonstrated ability to build, manage and work within a team

9. Strong communication (written and oral), leadership, analytical and organizational skills.

10. Bachelor of Science degree/equivalent.
