JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hands-on leader for two applications, work with client to gather requirements
for projects, for design, development and implementation of enhancements
to the Forms and Online
Statements/Branch Reports applications.
OPPORTUNITY:
The individual will lead two very visible applications with new technology
for workflow and document management. Lead a team of six developers and
liaise with support
organizations.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Java, Unix, Sybase, C++, Documentum a big plus, Adobe a plus, Anacomp a
plus, Struts a plus. Shell scripting, xenv, packaging, Rational Rose, Design
Patterns. Has successfully
designed and implemented with Java
NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Proactive, leadership, good interpersonal skills, good verbal and written
communication skills, sdlcw documentation, good organizational skills -
particularly plans, good presentation
